JORGE LUIS "GEORGIE" PAREDES

LAS VEGAS - Jorge Luis "Georgie" Paredes, 32, went into peaceful sleep, Friday May 25, 2018, in Las Vegas. Born in Chicago, Ill., he had lived in Las Vegas most of his life. Mr. Paredes is preceded in death by his father, Blas Arreola.

Mr. Paredes is survived by his mother, Guadalupe Paredes; two sisters, Claudia (Javier) Gamboa, and Sara (Richard Young) Lozano; two brothers, Pastor "Nacho" Lozano, and Blas Arreola; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a 2 p.m. chapel service, Friday, June 1, 2018, at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
