Mr. Pedro Luna Sr., 75, went to eternal sleep on Sunday, May 6, 2018 surrounded by his family at the home of his son Pedro Luna III. Pedro was born on October 17, 1942 in Mexico to Pedro Luna Jr. and Leonor marroquin Luna. Pedro was a long time resident of Edinburg. Pedro enjoyed being around his family and extended family and friends. Pedro will be dearly missed by all that came to know him. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Martina Luna, his brothers and sisters-Juan Francisco Luna, Jose Antonio Luna, Isidra Garcia; grandchildren Juan Francisco Luna,Jr. Martin N. Luna, Samuel Luna Jr., and Abraham Luna.

Pedro Luna Sr. is survived by his children; Leticia Luna and her family; Vonnie, Jose,Audrey,Jared; Pedro (Carolina) Luna III and his family-Daniel, Pedro, Juan Jose, Gilberto, Oscar, Esteban, Abel Angel, Ramiro, Karla, Cristopher, Josefina Alissandra, Diego, Jesus, Jose Antonio, and April; Maria Luisa Luna and her family-Ana, Rolando, Esther, and Kayla; Juanita Lopez and her family- Michael, Betsy, Joshua, Ivan, and Ilene; Juan Francisco (Maria Yadira) Luna and family-Andrea, Jennifer, Victor, Kimberly, and Johana; Esmeralda (Carlos) Nunez and family-Kendra, Kessandra, Rogelio Jr., and Katelyn; Fernando Luna and family- Fernando Jr., Pedro, Jacob, Fernando Jr., Desiree, Jacklyn, Nathan, and Andrew; Samuel (Olivia) Luna and family- Samuel Jr., Jesus, and Luis; Maria Leonor Luna, Amber Nicole Luna, Miguel Angel Luna, uel Luna; Brothers and Sisters- Maria de Jesus Rodriguez, Jose Luis Luna, Leonel Luna, Dolores Vidales, Guadalupe Casas and exteneded nieces nephews cousins and friends.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Legacy Chapels,4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 3 pm to 9 pm with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow to Hillcrest cemetery in Edinburg.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels RGV in Edinburg.
