Antonio Sanchez

HIDALGO - Antonio (Tone) Sanchez passed away at his his residence in Hidalgo, on Monday, September 11, 2017, at the age of 51 surrounded by his family. Born on December 23, 1965, in McAllen, to Bonifacio Sanchez and Aurora Uribe Sanchez of Hidalgo. Antonio was full of life, he would make people laugh and smile whenever he spoke or around family and friends. He enjoyed the Dallas Cowboys, classic cars, and spending time with his only daughter Sabrina Lee. Antonio is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Exiquio Sanchez; a sister, Imelda Sanchez Reyes. Antonio is survived by his only child, Sabrina Lee Sanchez; a sister, Sylvia S. (David) Hernandez of Edinburg, TX; two brothers: Ramiro (Rosie) Sanchez of McAllen, TX, and Roberto (Norma) Sanchez of Hidalgo, TX; a sister-in-law, Carmen Sanchez; a brother-in-law, Alonzo Reyes II; 5 nieces; 7 nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews. Viewing will be from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2017, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Hidalgo. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
