CHRIS DUANE RAMIREZ
MCALLEN - Chris Duane Ramirez, 45, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, August 16, 2017, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Born in McAllen he had lived in Alamo most of his life. Mr. Ramirez is preceded in death by his parents, Cresenciano and Anestacia Ramirez; grandparents, Pedro and Ester Ramos and Jose and Antonia Ramirez.
Chris, also known as the famous "Crisco" was nothing other than a clown with a bubbly personality. He was undoubtedly the most amazing person who lived and loved to put a smile on anyone's face who crossed his path. Along with his outstanding love for the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees, he cherished his family and friends more than anything. Despite the situation, he knew how to turn a cloudy day into a day where sadness never seemed to exist. In days of crisis', he managed to always put the goodness of his heart to use and put the needs of others before his own. There was nothing he loved more than to make others happy; he's impacted many lives and has left his mark on everyone's heart.
Mr. Ramirez is survived by his siblings: Cynthia Ann (Gilbert) Cantu, Ronald Darren Ramirez and Krianne E. Ramirez; two nephews, Matthew J. Gomez and Christopher Martinez; two nieces, Hayden E. Avila and Victoria A. Gomez; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
