MARGARITA HERNANEZ EDINBURG - Margarita Hernandez, 50, went to be with our Lord, Thursday, May 18, 2017, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Born in Mexico she had lived in Edinburg most of her life. Mrs. Hernandez is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Aguirre. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her husband, Jose Eligio Hernandez; three daughters, Leticia (Andres) Arrerrondo, Estrellita (Robert) Duque and Lucerito Hernandez; 6 grandchildren, Emily, Elissa, Ethan, Evan, Genesis and Alondra; three brothers, Alberto, Gregorio and Juan Manuel Aguirre; four sisters, Alma Rosa Acosta, Marina Pesina, Martha Catalina Aguirre and Emilia Aguirre; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2017, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
