Rene Luna Chavez

Edinburg, Texas Mr. Rene Luna Chavez,55, went to be with our Lord on Sunday January 15, 2017 in Edinburg with his family by his side. He was born on December 5, 1961 in Edinburg to Roberto and Herminia Chavez. He worked for the Hidalgo County Irrigation Pct.4 for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Roberto Luna Chavez. He is survived by his wife Uvalda M. Chavez, two daughters Rebecca Chavez and Regina Chavez and a son Rodrigo Chavez. His brothers and sisters Rosa Lopez, Edmundo Luna Chavez, Ramiro Luna Chavez, Rodolfo Luna Chavez, Raymundo Luna Chavez, four granddaughters and two grandsons. Cremation services will take place at a later date. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
