Consuelo Salazar

CONSUELO SALAZAR PHARR - Consuelo Salazar, 45, went to be with our Lord, Friday, September 30, 2016, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Born in Las Mesas San Gabriel, Municipio de Tantoyuca, Veracruz, Mexico, she had lived in Pharr for the past 23 years. Consuelo is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Salazar. Consuelo is survived by her husband, Jose Antonio Gallegos; three children, Yajaira Salazar, Lluvia Gallegos and Anna Gallegos; her father, Alberto Salazar; three brothers, Jose Luis, Felipe and Floriberto Salazar; three sisters, Alma Edith, Maria De La Paz and Rosa Venus Salazar; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Legacy Chapels. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
