Obituary of Jonathon Angel DeLeon

JONATHON ANGEL DE LEON SAN JUAN- Jonathon Angel De Leon, 31, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 10th, 2022, in San Juan surrounded by family and loved ones. Jonathon was preceded in death by his grandparents Salvador Solorio Hernandez, Maria Irene Solorio Flores, Carlos Cirilo De Leon Martinez and his father, Carlos Rosaneo De Leon Sr. Jonathon was known for showing love to anyone who crossed his path. His friends appreciated his loyalty and a helping hand when needed. He was raised in Aposento Alto church where he learned to love others such as God did and how to enjoy God’s creations. He was not one to spend his time indoors. His favorite pastimes included going to the beach, nature parks, and running through the rain during a thunderstorm. Without a doubt, Jonathon knew how to enjoy each day of his life. His laughter was contagious, and his spirit brightened the room. Although he is no longer with us in flesh, we have faith that he is celebrating everlasting life in heaven. “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” John 5:24 Jonathon Angel De Leon is survived by his mother, Maria Irene De Leon Solorio; brothers, Carlos Rosaneo De Leon Jr. and Josue Alejandro (Ariana) De Leon; sisters, Yessica Marie (Isaac) Garza and Carla Denise De Leon; niece, Emery Aleana De Leon; nephew, Carlos Rosaneo De Leon III; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thanks are given to Allstate Hospice Care for all their help during Jonathon’s final days. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.
