Andres Cortinas

ANDRES CORTINAS JR. MISSION- Andres Cortinas Jr., 66, entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 25, 2022 in McAllen surrounded by his family. Mr. Cortinas was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Cortinas; parents, Andres and Ofelia Cortinas Sr.; five siblings, Maria Elena Acevedo, Juanita Perez, Arturo Cortinas, Ofelia Wright and Jesusa Cortinas. Mr. Cortinas is survived by his four children, Lino (Criselda) Hernandez, Andres (Bonnie) Cortinas, Isabel Cortinas and Sylvia (Chris) Cortinas; seven grandchildren, Lino, Paula, Christopher, Andres, Derek, Jason and Emily; five siblings, Guadalupe Preston, Catalina Huerta, Teresa (Ruben) Escamilla, Socorro Cortinas and Rosario Cavazos; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels.
