Lucio C. Morin, 82, died Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Spanish Meadows Nursing Home in Brownsville. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary November 8, 2015, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2015, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Burial will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Funeral arrangements are under the directions of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
