JESUS MAXIMINO CASTILLO Edinburg-Jesus Maximino Castillo, 58, entered eternal rest Friday, April 8, 2022, in McAllen, Texas surrounded by his family. Mr. Jesus Maximino was preceded in death by his Mother Rosa Amelia Avila Castillo and Father Jesus Maximino Castillo. Jesus worked with the City of Hidalgo for over 15 years and he was also a member of the volunteer fire department for the City of Hidalgo. He worked 16 years for Life Choices Unlimited, Inc. in the maintenance department as well. Jesus enjoyed making friends everywhere he went. He had an abundance of love for his niece and nephews as they meant the world to him. He had a love for everyone and enjoyed when he would get together to play loteria with his family. He loved to dance and was always very social and kind. Jesus was always positive despite the many health challenges his faced on a daily basis. Although he is gone, the impact that he had on those around him will continue to make us smile and remember his contagious laughter and humor. Jesus is survived by his brothers, Juan Manuel Castillo, Sergio (Missy) Castillo, Jaime (Haydee) Castillo; his niece Rosa Elena Castillo; his nephews, Sergio Aaron Castillo, Jesus Rodolfo Castillo, Jaime Castillo, Issac Castillo and Alejandro Castillo; Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Monday, April 11, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. April 12, 2022 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hidalgo City Cemetery. Special thanks are given to US Renal Care for over 13 years of dialysis treatment and all their help during these years. To Lupita Rodriguez for the past 6 months she provided to him countless hours of caring for him in his home. We would also like to Thank Everyone who played a major part in Jesus’ life and in his medical care as well for that we are eternally grateful.
