HECTOR J. GARCIA DONNA- Hector J. Garcia, 65, entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 10, 2022 in Donna surrounded by his family. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death his daughter, Melissa Rodriguez; parents, Guadalupe and Ester Garcia. Hector proudly served his country as a Sergeant with the Texas Army National Guard for 18 years, 1975 – 1993…..he also served at the Operation Desert Storm in 1991, now commonly known as the Gulf War. We are very proud of him and we thank him for his service to this great nation of ours. Our brother, husband, father, grandfather, son, Hector Garcia, was an extraordinary loving and caring man and he showed it with every gesture. He was loved and admired by his peers and his entire family. He was an extremely funny man and enjoyed making us laugh, he will be greatly missed. Gone but not forgotten, forever in our hearts….We’ll love you always! We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8 Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Sylvia R.
