ROGELIO HERNANDEZ EDINBURG - Rogelio Hernandez, 52, went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2022 in Edinburg, Tx. He is preceded in death by his wife of 25 years Griselda Hernandez, his parents; Aurora (Antonio Jr.) Garcia and Humberto (Teresa) Hernandez. Family was very important to Rogelio. He taught his children to respect and always help others in need. His children and grandchildren were his life. His love for his siblings was undeniable and will always be remembered as their "Super Hero!" Rogelio's sense of humor and big heart will never be forgotten and he will be missed dearly. Rogelio is survived by his children; Wendy Hernandez, Troy (Amber) Hernandez, Brandy (Luis) Bazaldua, Brittnay Hernandez and Roy Hernandez, his siblings; Carolina (Felipe) Salinas, Rafael (Maritza) Garcia, Joel (Karla) Garcia, Beatrice Hernandez, Danny Hernandez, Hector (Nora) Hernandez, Veronica Hernandez, Michael Garcia, Danette (Jose) Villarreal, Joe E. (Mary) Garcia, Hilde (Frank) Garza and Tony Garcia; his 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a 1 p.m. rosary on February 15, 2022 at Legacy Chapels South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
