ORALIA TIJERINA EDINBURG- Oralia Tijerina, 87, entered eternal rest Tuesday, October 26, 2021 in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Mrs. Tijerina was preceded in death by her two sons, Jose R. Tijerina Jr. and Mario Tijerina; her parents, Guadalupe and Inocencia Galicia; her two grandsons Mario Alberto Tijerina and Gabriel Tijerina. Mrs. Tijerina is survived by her husband, Jose R. Tijerina; her six children, Osvaldo (Lala) Tijerina, Alma Elia Tijerina, Thelma (Juan) Vasquez, Teddie Valdez, Martha I. Tijerina and Arnoldo (Melinda) Tijerina; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Sunday October 31, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
