RAQUEL GARCIA MCALLEN - Raquel Garcia, 81, entered eternal rest Thursday, September 9, 2021, in McAllen. Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her husband, Mario Garcia; her daughter, Blanca Garcia; her grandson, Eric Garcia; eight siblings, Martha Reyes, Alicia Martinez, Esther Covarrubias, Santos Gloria, Altagracia "Gracie" Soto, Elizabeth Gamino, Noemi Gloria, and Martha Gloria. Mrs. Garcia is survived by her three children, Mario Garcia, Joel (Noemi) Garcia, and Bianca Villalobos; her grandson, Rick Garcia; two sisters, Guadalupe Perez, and Justina Coronado; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life Service, Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Comunidad Cristiana Emanuel 4306 South Veterans in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
