Pablo Garza JR. PHARR - Pablo Garza Jr., 77, entered eternal rest Monday, April 26, 2021, in Edinburg. Mr. Garza was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo and Anita Garza; three siblings, Medardo Garza, Rene Garza, and Elevinia Gonzalez; brother-in-law, Octaviano Gonzalez; sister-in-law, Lydia Garza. Pablo was best known for his love of dancing at Montecarlo Ballroom, his passion for rebuilding and painting automobiles. He was an active member of St. Anne Mother of Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. He loved traveling and visiting flea markets wherever he visited. Pablo was something special to all who knew him, his sparkle will live on through the many memories and life lessons he left behind. We are beyond thankful and blessed that we shared his life with him here on Earth. Although we mourn his loss, we also celebrate a life well lived. Pablo will be forever missed and loved by all whom knew him. Mr. Garza is survived by his five children, Maria C. (Javier) Torres, Elizabeth G. (Jose) Morales, Paula G. (Roy) Abrego, Pablo (Socorro) Garza III, and Gilbert (Teresa) Garza; thirteen grandchildren, Jessica, Sylvia, Randy, Patricia, Amanda, Andrew, Veronica, Antonio, Nathaniel, Donovan, Mark, Ashley, and Lauren; nineteen great-grandchildren, Daniel, Jacob, Leilani, Arianna, Juliana, Ryan, Cecilia, Casey, James Jr., Alessandra, Eliyah, Alyssa, Alessandria, Tristan, Alani, Jordan, Ethan, Autumn, Christian, and Addie; his brother, Ricardo (May) Garza; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with a 11 a.m. rosary, Friday, April 30, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021, at St. Anne Mother of Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment of his cremated remains will be at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr at a later date. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
