ROBERTO R. RODRIGUEZ SULLIVAN - Roberto R. Rodriguez, 71, of Sullivan City, Texas passed away on October 3, 2020 in Edinburg, Texas. Roberto R. Rodriguez was born in McAllen, Texas to Daniel H. Rodriguez and Ofelia Ramirez Rodriguez on January 16, 1949. He went to school in Mission and La Joya, Texas. He married Betty L. Garza on November 14, 1971 in Mission, Texas at El Mesias Methodist Church. He worked as a U.S.D.A. Livestock Inspector for 22 years. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Air Force for four years and was Honorably Discharged on March 7, 1973. Roberto R. Rodriguez is survived by his wife Betty L. Rodriguez; his children, Amy Rodriguez Mendiola, Nancy Littlefield, and Robert G Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Alexander Mendiola, Bianca Mendiola, Calynn Mendiola and Ava Delilah Mendiola; his mother, Ofelia Ramirez Rodriguez; his sisters, Yolanda Rodriguez, and Linda Gomez. A memorial will be held on October 14 November, 2020 at his home in Sullivan City. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
