HORTENCIA MARIBEL OLIVARES EDINBURG - Hortencia Maribel Olivares, 46, entered eternal rest Friday, October 30, 2020, in McAllen. Born in San Jose, California she had lived in Edinburg most of her life. Ms. Olivares was preceded in death by her parents, Artemio Olivares and Maria Dominga Quistian. Ms. Olivares is survived by her four daughters, Laura Ramirez, Lizette Ramirez, Lilianna Ramirez, and Leeandra Ramirez; her sister, Arlette Quistian; two brothers, Artemio Olivares Jr., and Francisco Escalera Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life service Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
