ELVA SALINAS MISSION - Elva Salinas, 75, went to be with or Lord, Sunday, April 12, 2020, in McAllen. Mrs. Salinas was preceded in death by her son, David Salinas; her parents, Prudencio and Maria Anita Uribe; three sisters, Aurora Sanchez, Lydia Meave, Maria Gloria Chavez; two brothers, Arnulfo Uribe, and Faustino Uribe. Mrs. Salinas is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Salinas. Mrs Salinas is survived by her three children, Jesse Salinas, Veronica Salinas, and Monica Salinas; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; her sister, Eva Garza; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a 5:30 p.m. Celebration of Life Service, Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
