VIRGINIA PEREZ PHARR - Virginia Perez, 63, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, December 31, 2019, in Hidalgo surrounded by her family.Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Juan A. Perez; her mother, Felicitas Garcia; her sister, Maria Del Socorro Rendon. Mrs. Perez is survived by her three children, Luz Perez, Juan (Chantal) Perez Jr., and Judith (Rogelio Guzman) Perez; eight grandchildren, Javier, Rebeca, Joel, Gabriel, Hermilo, Rogelio, Ricardo, and Romeo; and a great-grandson, Mason; her father, Leandro Garcia Sr.; twelve siblings, Eleazar (Irma) Garcia, Maria Elida Garcia, Gloria Molina, Eduardo Garcia, Dora A. Gonzales, Felicitas Garcia, Marta I. (Jose) Juarez, Leandro (Berenice) Garcia Jr., Everado Garcia, Heliodoro (Camelia) Garcia, Guillermo (Sandra) Garcia, and Elias (Roxanne) Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, January 2, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Hidalgo City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
