FRANCISCA PANDO ALTON - Francisca Pando, 67, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, December 22, 2019 in Alton surrounded by her family. Francisca is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Cleofas Pando; her brother, Domingo Pando Sr.; her sister, Eperanza Rodriguez; her niece Andrea Madrid. Mrs. Pando is survived by her husband, Jose L. Perales; five sons, Atilano (Marcy) Pando, Juan Carlos (Maria) Valencia, Abel (Rosie) Valencia, Jose Luis Perales Jr., Omar (Ahtziri) Perales; 13 grandchildren; her brother, Carlos, Pando; her sisters, Adelaida Moreno, Cruz Pando, and Reyes Pando; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. with a 2 p.m. Chapel service Friday, December 27, 2019, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Santa Fe Celestial Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
