BLANCA MARGARITA CONTRERAS

LAGUNA VISTA / MCALLEN - Blanca Margarita Contreras, 68, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, December 4, 2019, in Harlingen. Ms. Contreras is preceded in death by her parents, Ramiro and Evangelina Contreras Sr.

Ms. Contreras is survived by her partner, Norma Tovar; five siblings, Gloria Contreras, Ramiro (Gloria) Contreras, Olga (Olivia) Contreras, Tony (Esperanza) Contreras, and George Contreras; two nephews, Tony Jr, and Andy Contreras; her niece, Adriana Contreras; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 12, 2019, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen.
