IMELDA "MONA" ALMANZA

EDINBURG - Imelda "Mona" Almanza, 56, entered eternal rest Monday, September 2, 2019 in Edinburg. Mrs. Almanza was preceded in death by her parents, Ernesto and Dora Lopez; three brothers, Luis, Arcadio, and Ernesto Lopez Jr.

Mrs. Almanza is survived by her husband, Francisco G. Almanza; four sons, Francisco (Laura) Almanza Jr., Fernando (Yesenia) Almanza, Guillermo Almanza, and Gavino (Michelle) Almanza; three grandchildren, Emmanuel Fernando, Luicano Francisco, and Izabella Ines Almanza; her two sisters, Leticia Chavez and Martha Guerrero.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday September 4, 2019 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
