MCALLEN - Macario Ramos, 79, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 2, 2019, in McAllen.  Born in Pharr, he had lived in Edinburg most of his life.  Mr. Ramos is preceded in death by his wife, Hermelinda Ramos; his parents, Pedro and Ester Ramos; his brother, Bernardino Ramos; a sister, Annie Ramos.

Mr. Ramos is survived by his five children, Jessica Marie (Kenneth) Sanders, Jesse Ramos, Rosie (Robert) Rodriguez, Hector (Francis) Ramos, Lisa Ramos; siblings, Erineo Ramos, Benito Ramos, Felix Ramos, Anselmo Ramos, Maria Ramos, Eustalia Ramos, Lupe Ramos, and Daffie Ramos; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m to 9 p.m with a 7 p.m rosary, Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. 

Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
