Edcouch- Rebeca Perez, born on May 5th 1953 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas Mexico to Santiago and Maria Garza, passed away on Sunday, December 8th 2013 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Maria C. Garza. She is survived by her father, Mr. Santiago Garza, her caring and devoted husband, Mr. Jose Luis Perez; children, J. Edith Fernandez (Marco), Jose Luis Perez, Jr., Remigio Perez (Mari Carmen), Rodolfo Perez, Rebeca Hernandez, Nancy Cavazos (Javier) and Francisco Garcia. She is also survived by her siblings; Jose Maria Garza, Graciela Herrera, Juana Garza, Rodolfo Garza, Raquel Garza, Rafael Garza, Gonzalo Garza, Rosendo Garza and grandchildren, Allana, Kelsey, Kendra, Kayla, Keilah, Jonathan, Zachary, Ricardo and Allyson. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 10th 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a prayer service beginning at 7:00pm at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., in Edinburg, TX 956-618-5900. Chapel Service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 11th 2013 at Legacy Chapels.
