Ms. Torres Velazquez is survived by her husband, Jose Enrique Diaz; her son, Elliot Jesus Rodriguez Torres; her granddaughter, Ellianit Rodriguez Cortez.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
