TERESITA BERMUDEZ BARAO MCALLEN - Teresita Bermudez Barao, 76, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, November 22, 2016, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines. Mrs. Barao was preceded by her parents, Anacleto and Olympia Bermudez; three brothers, Luis, Quentin and Anacleto Bermudez Jr. Mrs. Barao is survived by her husband, Amando Barao; a son Allan Barao; five grandchildren; a sister, Edna Bermudez; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2016, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in McAllen. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
