SAN JUAN - Teresa Villegas Rivera, 88, went to be with our Lord on Sunday February 2, 2025, in McAllen. Ms. Villegas was preceded in death by her husband, Amado Torres.
Ms. Villegas is survived by her children, Santana (Lidia) Torres, Manuel (Irma) Torres, Maria Roble (DonNato) Cruz, Mary (Antonio) Sanchez, Maria Jesus (Miguel) Casas, Ruben (Tere) Torres, Ramon (Isabel) Torres, Balnca (Alberto) Lucio, and Juany (Benito) Maldonado; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Monday February 3, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday February 4, 2025, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Park in Donna.
Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
