Edinburg, Texas Tanya Carrillo,47, entered eternal rest Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Tanya was born April 5, 1974 in Manhattan, New York to Jesus and Felicita (Ortiz) Carrillo. Tayna lived in Edinburg for most of her life. Tayna is survived by her parents; Her Daughter Kayleig Mendez; Her son Jesse Ryan Mendez; The father of her children Jesse Mendez. A viewing will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 8:00 Am to 2:00 PM with a memorial service at 1:00 PM at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at a later day. Funeral arrangements and services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
