Mrs. Pena was preceded in death by her husband Onesimo Delgado, her son and daughter in law; Jaime and Sharon Delgado, parents; Santana (Alicia) Garcia, her brother; Alonso (Olivia) Garcia, her sister; Perfecta (Pedro) Ramirez. Mrs. Pena is survived by her son, Roberto (Elma) Pena; sisters, Alicia (Charles) Bartel, Evangelina (Eladio +) Torres, her brothers; Alfredo (Maria) Garcia, Alberto (Alicia) Garcia; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 46210 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
