Sara Cabrera

Pharr - Sara Cabrera, 95, entered eternal rest on Wednesday , November 27, 2024. Ms. Cabrera is preceded in death by her parents, Augustine Jimenez and Librida Casas; husband, Luis D. Cabrera; one son, Lloyd Cabrera.

Ms. Cabrera is survived by her seven children, Jesus Javier (Maria) Cabrera, Josue (Celinda) Cabrera, Louis Anthony (Isabel) Cabrera, Cynthia Marie Gonzalez, Fernando (Juana) Cabrera, John (Lydia) Cabrera, and Fabian (Fatima) Cabrera; 28 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends that she loved dearly.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Legacy Chapels on 4610 S. Jackson Rd. Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pharr, Texas. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
