ROJELIO GONZALEZ MCALLEN - Rojelio Gonzalez, 69, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Edinburg. Rojelio was preceded in death by his parents, Raul Jesus and Eusebia Gonzalez; his sister, Lucille Maroquin; his brother, Rurico D. Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his wife, Connie J. Gonzalez; three children, Gina (Al) Guidry, Rojelio Gonzalez Jr., and Jason (Vanessa) Gonzalez; ten grandchildren; his great-granddaughter, Estella Marie Gonzalez; his siblings, Melida Josefina Moya, Juan Rene Gonzalez, Raul Ovidio Gonzalez, and Ricardo Homar Gonzalez; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. with a 12 Noon Celebration of Life Service, Thursday, December 30,2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Interment of cremated remains will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission with full military honors. Funeral serves are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
