McAllen - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Stephen Dickinson a dedicated entrepreneur and cherished father, on September 1, 2023.
Richard was born on March 3, 1949. He led a life filled with remarkable business achievements and loving commitment to his family.
In his professional life, Richard was a trailblazer in the Rio Grande Valley. He founded numerous businesses and helped develop the city into the thriving center it is today. He poured his heart and soul into their successes. Through his dedication and an unyielding work ethic, he transformed each endeavor into a thriving enterprise, earning respect and admiration in the many industries. His legacy as a business leader will endure for generations to come.
Yet, despite his demanding careers, Richard always had family as his top priority. He was a devoted father, and instilled in his family the values of hard work. His weekends were often filled with quality family time, and shooting at the Mission gun range.
Richard's legacy will not only be remembered for his professional achievements but also for the love and support he provided to his family and friends. His integrity and love will continue to inspire us all.
