Ricardo Martinez

McAllen, Texas Mr. Ricardo Martinez,71, went to be with our Lord on Sunday December 11, 2016 surrounded by his family at his home. Ricardo was born on March 17, 1945 in Mexico. He lived in McAllen for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose Concepcion Martinez and Cipriana Saurez Cervantez. He is survived by his wife Lilia H. Martinez, his children; Jorge Martin Martinez, Sylvia Cristina Nava, Miguel Angel Martinez, and Lilia Cardenas; six grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, sisters Petra Martinez and San Juana Martinez. His daughter in-law and caregiver Lourdes Martinez. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 13, 2016 at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
