Reynaldo "El Tornado" Omar De Leon

ALTON - Reynaldo "El Tornado" Omar De Leon, 62, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in Edinburg. Mr. De Leon was preceded in death by his father, Eleuterio De Leon; his sister, Martha De Leon. 

Mr. De Leon is survived by his wife, Maria De Leon; five daughters, Carla De Leon, Blanca Marlen De Leon, Erika Alejandra De Leon,  Karla Vanessa De Leon, and Alisson Kamila De Leon; his grandson, Sebastian Omar De Leon; five granddaughters, Allyson, Ava, Layla, Shiloah, and Alejandra; his mother, Maty De Leon; nine siblings, Raciel "Chel", Robert "Chacho", Rogelio, Magaly, Blanca, Rigoberto, Rene, Suheidy, and Lupita; numerous nieces and nephews.

To honor Reynaldo's memory family request that men dress western and ladies wear colorful attire. 

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with 7 p.m. Celebration of Life service on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
