RAFAEL "EL VIOLIN" GARCIA JR.

HARGILL - Rafael "El Violin" Garcia Jr., 48, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, in Edinburg. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his father, Rafael Garcia Sr. and his brother, Oziel Garcia.

Mr. Garcia is survived by his six children, Rafael Garcia III, Casandra (Alberto) Alcala, Rolando Garcia, Ismael Garcia, Nathaly Garcia, and Ariyzel Garcia; four grandchildren, Daleyza, Genaro, Dalanny, and Alyandra; his mother, Maria Luisa Garcia; five siblings, Edgar, Javier, Oscar, Omar and Maricela Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2023, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
