Mr. Gutierrez is preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Gutierrez and Maria Guadalupe Villarreal; maternal grandparents, Luciano Gutierrez and Maria Lourdes Cortez; paternal grandparents, Candelario Villarreal and Ursula Ramon Castaneda; 1 brother, Carlos Robert Gutierrez

Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his former partner, Odie Rice; 3 children, Pablo Gutierrez lll, Ramon Gutierrez and Pamela Altamirano; 7 grandchildren, Kayla Monet Martinez, Alexandria Ayana Martinez, Leandra Grace Altamirano, Gabriela Villarreal, Esteban Rocco Gutierrez, Olivia Madison Gonzalez and Emiliano Rey Gutierrez; 1 great grandchildren, Maya Montserrat Lopez; 8 siblings, Candelario Gutierrez, Maricela Gutierrez, Rosa Maria Gutierrez, Juan Gutierrez, Alfredo Gutierrez, Lorena Reyes Gutierrez, Delia Lopez, Daisy Gutierrez; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
