OMAR PONCE "Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one the Chain will link again" MCALLEN - Omar Ponce, 68, entered eternal rest Tuesday November 30, 2021, at home in McAllen. Mr. Ponce was preceded in death by his parents, Octavio and Maria G. Ponce. Mr. Ponce is survived by his daughter, Deena Ponce; former spouse and best friend, Irma Dimas Ponce; two sisters, Viola Dierlam and Diana (Ruben) Hinojosa; his nephew, Beau, and nieces Leanne and Myranda. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary, Sunday, December 5, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
