Myrna Patricia Gonzalez

 EDINBURG - Myrna Patricia Gonzalez, 57, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 13, 2024, in Edinburg. Myrna was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Barrera; her two siblings, Hector Gonzalez, and Roberto Gonzalez.  

Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her four children, Carmen Barrera, Myrna Barrera, Martin Francisco Barrera, and Maria Del Pilar (Josiah) Cavazos; two grandchildren, Natalia Cavazos and Darian Cavazos; her parents, Roberto and Maria Del Pilar Gonzalez; three siblings, Maria Imelda Gonzalez, Jorge Gonzalez, and Efrain Gonzalez; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
