MIRTHALA ANNE ZEPEDA MCALLEN - Mirthala Anne Zepeda, 62, entered eternal rest, Monday, February 10, 2020, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Mirthala was preceded in death by her parents, Teofilo and Josefa Lerma. Mrs. Zepeda is survived by her husband, Daniel G. Zepeda; three children, Stephen Daniel (Susan) Zepeda, Christopher Lee (Kristina) Zepeda, and Melinda Jo (Mark) Zamora; five grandchildren, Addison, Aiden, Austin, Tyler, and Brooklyn; two brothers, Teofilo Lerma Jr., and Gerardo Lerma; her sister, Neli Morales. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. Celebration of Life service, Friday, February 14, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Inurnment of her cremated remains will be at 1 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2020, at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Funeral service are under the direction Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
