Yoli, nana, as she was known by many, made core memories with her family, from holiday gatherings making her famous brisket to making her famous spinach dip and chicken salad sandwiches at every family gathering. She was full of life and known for making jokes, she was always the life of the party. She was a very giving person opening her home to many family and friends. She loved attending concerts and loved going to Las Vegas at least once a year. Yolanda was a strong woman. There was nothing that she faced in life that she could not conquer. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
We will forever treasure her life and are grateful for the special moments she gave us. We will miss her dearly and she will never be forgotten. Yoli is now in Heaven, walking the streets of gold. She has been reunited with her best friend Tomasita.
