MARIA DE LA LUZ VAZQUEZ EDINBURG - Maria De La Luz Vazquez, 59, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in McAllen. Ms. Vazquez was preceded in death by her parents, Nicolas and Maria Refugio Vazquez; her sister, Emma Bermudez. Ms. Vazquez is survived by her five siblings, Veronica (Roberto) Bolaños, Maria Elena (Martin) Nieves, Guillermo Vazquez, Jaime (Carmela) Vazquez, and Nicolas Vazquez; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2020, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
