Maria Guadalupe Reyna

HARGILL - MARIA GUADALUPE REYNA, 89, entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 16, 2024, in Edinburg, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Reyna was preceded in death her Parents: Pedro Loza, Irene Anzaldua, Son: Mario G. Reyna, Son: Alector Reyna, Son: Remiro Reyna, and grandson: Hector Garcia Jr.

Lita was a remarkable woman who always showed her love and care through her actions. She was adored by her peers and her entire family. With her infectious sense of humor, she never failed to put a smile on our faces. She also took great pride in smelling and looking her best, always making sure to leave a lasting impression wherever she went. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her love and kindness will always be remembered. Lita's legacy lives on through her daughter, Norma Reyna, and her sons, Gilberto Jr. and Roberto. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Mario, Melinda, Monica, and numerous other great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest at Valle De La Paz Cemetery in Hargill, TX, alongside her parents, Pedro Loza and Irene Anzaldua. The pastor will lead a prayer at 10:00am on Friday, March 22, 2024, followed by the burial. Though she may be gone, she will never be forgotten and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. As the scripture says, "we are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be. present with the Lord." (2 Corinthians 5:8). Rest in peace, Lita. We will love you always.
