MARIA L. REYES

MISSION - Maria L. Reyes, 63, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, August 18, 2018 in McAllen surrounded by her family. Born in San Juan she had lived Mission for the past 35 years. Mrs. Reyes is preceded in death by her parents, Sylvano and Julia Mandujano.

Mrs. Reyes is survived by her husband Alejandro M. Reyes; three daughters, Alejandra (Rolando) Ponce, Julieta (Armando Alejandro) Perez, and Belia (Roberto) Espinoza; 4 grandchildren; two brothers, Sylvano and Jesus Mandujano; three sisters, Guadalupe Fernandez, Leticia Mota, and Socorro Gooden; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment of ashes will follow at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Peñitas.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
