Maria De Jesus Lozano

Maria De Jesus Lozano passed away peacfully on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 surrounded by her family at the Doctors Hospital at Renassiance in Edinburg at the age of 79 years. She was born on January 7, 1938 in Mexico to Jesus and Tomasa Ayala. She had lived in McAllen for most of her life. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Emiliano Lozano, and siblings Celestina Ayala and Jesus Omar Ayala. 

Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; daughter Claudia Lozano; sons Emiliano Lozano Jr. (Rose Mary), and Edwardo Lozano (Rosella), grandchildren Carlos Garcia, Dacia Garcia, Emiliano Lozano III, Elias Lozano; Siblings- Maria Cecilia Ayala, Raul Ayala, Francisco Javier Ayala, Norma Ayala, Alejandra Ayala, Lucy Ayala, and Nelly Ayala.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd., in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Holy Spirit Church in McAllen at 2:30 pm. Interment will follow to Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
