MARIA SAN JUANITA GONZALEZ EDINBURG - Maria San Juanita Gonzalez, 60, entered eternal rest Saturday, August 28, 2021, in McAllen. Mrs. Gonzalez was preceded in death by her father, Esteban Garcia. Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her husband, Tomas Gonzalez Salazar; three children, Rodrigo (Marina) Gonzalez, Norberto (Diana) Gonzalez, and Victor M. Gonzalez; four grandchildren, Adrian, Athziri, Tomas, and Malakai; her mother, Marta Garcia; three brothers, Luis Rey, Miguel Angel, and Jose Guadalupe Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2021, at St. Jospeh the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
