MANUELA "MANUELITA" LUJAN RAMIREZ

MCALLEN- Manuela "Manuelita" Lujan Ramirez, 99, entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Mrs. Ramirez was preceded in death her parents, Rafael and Cleofas Ramirez de Lujan; four siblings, Trinidad Lujan Ramirez, Margarita Lujan Ramirez, Maria Lujan Ramirez and Luis Lujan Ramirez.

Mrs. Ramirez is survived by four children, Alma Blanca Lujan, Bertha Olivia P. (Jorge) Talavera, Armida Lujan (German) De Aceves and Maria De Socorro (Gilberto) Chavez; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren;  numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life service Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson in Edinburg.

Funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 19, 2023, at Palm Valley Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
