JUAN M. SANCHEZ EDINBURG - Juan M. Sanchez, 83, entered eternal sleep Friday July 24, 2020, in Edinburg. Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Elena Sanchez; his daughter, Manuela Garza; his parents, Juan and Maria Concepcion Sanchez; three siblings, Ramon Sanchez, Lamberto Sanchez, and Rita Sanchez; his son-in-law, Ricardo Salinas. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his nine children, Julia Salinas, Santiago (Juanita) Salinas, Maria (Ernesto) Davila, Homero (Veronica) Sanchez, Alvaro (Victoria) Sanchez, Elena (Rolando) Garza, Juan (Criselda) Sanchez Jr., Guadalupe (Juan) Garza, and Jaime (Cristina) Sanchez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Manuela Sanchez; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 12 noon, Monday, July 27, 2020, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
