Juan G. Cavazos

McAllen- Juan G. Cavazos passed away on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Solara Hospital in McAllen. He was born on March 29, 1939 to Julian and Rumalda Cavazos. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alicia Alvarez Cavazos and his parents. He is survived by his children, Alicia Cavazos, Rosalinda (Rogelio) Castillo, Cristobal (Maribel) Cavazos, Marisol (Eduardo) Jimenez, and Eloy Cavazos; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers; five sisters. Family will receive visitors on Wednesday, July 31st 2013, between the hours of three o'clock and nine o'clock in the evening with a seven o'clock rosary at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., Edinburg. A live webcast of the rosary will be available online at www.legacychapelsrgv.com Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 1st 2013, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
