Mr. Juan O. Cantu,67, entered eternal rest Wednesday, September 10, 2019 at the Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. Juan was born March 7, 1952 in Mexico. He was a long time resident of San Juan. Juan was preceded in death by his mother. Juan enjoyed playing Bingo (Mexican Loteria), buying scratch tickets on a daily basis, watching football games on TV. Juan was a happy man. Never complained about anything. Juan O. Cantu truly lived his life to its fullest.

Juan is survived by his siblings- Carlos Cantu, Belen Cantu, Baldo Cantu, Homero Cantu, Magda Garza, Reynaldo Ortegon and extended nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A celebration of life service will be at 12:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow to San Juan City cemetery in San Juan.
